About

Attorney O’Kane received his BA from Westfield State University and his JD from New England School of Law. After passing the bar, he went to work with the Norfolk County District Attorney’s office as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting cases on behalf of the Commonwealth in both the Dedham and Quincy Juvenile Courts. During law school Jake spent two years with Davis Law Group as a law clerk.

At Davis Law Group, Attorney O’Kane puts his experience as a prosecutor to good use in defense of his clients in various criminal matters. He also handles family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, modifications and custody agreements. Probate and criminal matters often impact one another for various reasons. Attorney O’Kanes’ s knowledge, experience and practice in the areas of both criminal and probate law produces positive outcomes for his clients.

Attorney O’ Kane has been featured in Mass Lawyer’s weekly (January 2024.) You may also recognize him from his appearance on the hit TV show Survivor where he was a finalist.
